InsiderAlpha provides tools, API responses and downloadable datasets derived from public SEC ownership filings and third-party market or issuer metadata. The service may include normalized fields, classifications and calculated research features in addition to source-reported values.
Unless a separate written license states otherwise, a purchased dataset is licensed to the purchaser for internal analysis and research. You may create private models, notebooks and research outputs, but may not resell, publish, sublicense or redistribute the raw dataset or a substantially equivalent extract.
Embedding the raw data in a client product, commercial terminal, redistribution service or competing database requires a separate commercial license. Derived, non-reversible conclusions may be used internally, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.
API access is governed by the selected RapidAPI plan, its quota and the RapidAPI marketplace terms. Credentials must remain confidential. Automated collection outside documented API access, circumvention of rate limits and interference with service operation are prohibited.
A dataset purchase grants access only to the release and update entitlement described on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Schema, coverage, source availability and derived methodology may change in later versions; material changes are reflected through versioning and documentation.
Public filings may contain errors, amendments, omissions, delays and ambiguous values. Price and issuer metadata may be incomplete or affected by corporate actions. InsiderAlpha provides quality states and methodology to support review, but does not warrant that every record is complete, current or error-free.
