PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains the limited information used to operate and improve InsiderAlpha, and separates that information from the public company and reporting-owner records processed by the product.

01. Website telemetry

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser attributes, visited pages, referral source, session identifiers and interaction events. This information is used to operate the service, measure product performance, prevent abuse and understand aggregate navigation.

02. Cookies and advertising

The site may use first-party analytics and third-party advertising or measurement providers, including Google. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Browser and provider controls can be used to limit personalized advertising where available.

03. API and purchase providers

RapidAPI processes API subscriptions, credentials and billing under its own terms. Gumroad processes dataset checkout, payment and delivery information under its own terms. InsiderAlpha does not receive full payment-card details from those providers.

04. Public filing data

Names, roles, issuers, ownership events and related identifiers displayed by InsiderAlpha originate primarily from public SEC filings. The service preserves source lineage while also creating normalized labels, quality states, aggregates and derived research features. These transformations are identified in the data dictionary.

05. Retention and security

Operational records are retained only as needed for analytics, security, legal obligations and service improvement. Reasonable technical controls are used to protect systems, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

06. Requests

For privacy questions or a request concerning information you submitted directly to InsiderAlpha, contact us with enough detail to identify the relevant interaction. Public SEC records may need to be corrected through the original filing source.
